19.11.2008 - Update About to be Released
Good news for all TibiaME players! Tomorrow we will launch this year's autumn update. The update will include a fairytale-like new island named Fabulara. Many new quests on Fabulara will send you off to new adventures to experience many fantastic stories. Of course, there will also be new hunting grounds, such as Rose Wood or the Dark and Dangerous Forest. There, you will also meet several new opponents. Be wary though! Some of them, like the evil sheep, may look harmless but are wolves in sheep's clothing and often turn out to be fierce fighters.
What is more, the introduction of the new feature stamina will guarantee a fairer gameplay for all players. As you will only get experience points for a certain period of time before your character needs to rest from hunting, using cheat tools or sharing of characters will no longer be profitable.
Unfortunately, not all new graphics will be displayed for users of the Java client. For this reason, be very careful with quest items as some of them are going to share one graphic. Also, whenever you want to trade or sell an item, click on the item to see its name to ensure that you give away or receive the correct one.
Note that players with a Symbian client are not affected. They will be able to fully enjoy the numerous fantastic new graphics that will be introduced with the update.
Of course, we will try to fix this as quickly as possible. However, as the problem cannot be solved easily, we kindly ask you for your patience!

Terms of Service
Tibia is an online game in which you will meet many other people. Every player is required to behave in a considerate and respectful manner towards other players. In particular, it is forbidden to provoke other players or to disturb game play in any other conceivable way. The games operators reserve the right to exclude any player who violates these rules for a limited period of time or for good.
Charges apply for data transferred during game play. On average 400 kbytes of data are transmitted per playing hour. Additional charges only apply if you decide to subscribe to the games premium services.
The use of Tibia is at your own risk. The games operators rule out any claim for damages caused by the use of this game unless said damages were caused by intentional or gross negligence on their part. Also, loss of data and playing time will under no circumstances be compensated. The games operators reserve the right to develop the game further.
CipSoft respects and protects your privacy. CipSoft collects no personally identifying information, except those mentioned in the next paragraph, without your prior permission or known transmission.
At each game start of "Tibia Micro Edition", CipSoft registers and saves the used Internet-protocol-address, the equipment number of the used device (IMEI), and the code number of the country and mobile operator (MCC and MNC). When you subscribe to the games premium services, stock data such as name, address and mobile phone number may be saved. This data is used to process payment transactions, control access to the game and improve the service for its users as well as for statistical purposes.
No personally identifying information is shared with any third party other than partner companies who process payment transactions on behalf of CipSoft.
